Onboarding Suppliers

  • Accepted file types: pdf, jpg, Max. file size: 2 MB.

  • Please download and fill in the correct form:

    - New Vendor form- for registered entities- cc, Pty Ltd, etc

    - New Subcontractor form- for sole proprietors and everyone else who doesn’t have registered company (Voice over artists, designers, Editors and all other free lancers)

  • Max. file size: 2 MB.

  • Bank letter, Cancelled cheque or top portion of the bank statement, reflecting the name and account number, will suffice.

  • Accepted file types: pdf, jpg, Max. file size: 2 MB.

  • Please attach a valid BEE certificate or affidavit.

    Valid means it must be current and not expired, certified and also correct template used (for affidavits).

    For suppliers who don’t have BEE certificate, you can make use of the BEE affidavit templates, below:

    - EME- is for Exempted Micro Enterprises- these are all subcontractors and registered vendors with annual turnover below R 10mil

    - QSE- is for Qualifying Small Enterprises- with annual turnover between R 10mil and R 50mil. Note that this template is only for BEE Level 1 and Level 2 enterprises (51% or more black ownership)

  • Accepted file types: pdf, jpg, Max. file size: 32 MB.

  • We also need copy of your CIPC (Company registration) document and VAT certificate, if applicable.

  • Accepted file types: pdf, jpg, Max. file size: 2 MB.
  • Copy ID to be uploaded by Subcontractors only.
  • Accepted file types: pdf, jpg, Max. file size: 2 MB.
  • NDA Form to be signed and uploaded. This is for all Freelance GFX, Editors and Promo Directors, companies or individuals (Not applicable to Voice Over artists or Talent Agencies, unless specifically requested).
